Damaged or Defective Items:

If your journal arrives damaged, defective, or is misprinted in any way, I will happily replace it free of charge.

• How to Report an Issue: Please contact summitandsketch@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery your order. Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and a clear photograph of the defect so we can quickly arrange a replacement.

Because each journal is custom-printed to order - I cannot offer refunds or exchanges due to ordering the wrong size/style, or if your package is delayed by the shipping carrier. Please review the product dimensions and details before placing your order.
